Sweet Peach Crop Shop Crop

Say that three times fast! :)

I managed to get a few things done today, most didn't get photographed until tonight unfortunately.  I always hate getting a photo of a project without natural lighting, but I'm thankful to have had a really fun, productive day! :)

Day Two:
Frame a photo.  I matted this picture (one of my all time favs....love the natural framing in the photo too!) on an orange printed paper, then cut and rolled the main green paper back to reveal the picture beneath.  The back of the green paper was hot pink and I didn't want that, so I had adhered a plum colored cardstock to the back...so that is the color that is showing on the rolled part.

Day 5:  Create a NON layout:

I had been wanting to make these pendants for a long time, so today was the day.  Since my accents are a brown metallic, I need to get bronze jump rings before I can attach them to anything, but I think they turned out really cute!  I used some fun MME papers that had some sparkle and some fun brads.  They are on some plastic tags from Junkitz that I've had for years (about 1/8" thick).

Day Six:

Make a card or layout using some sort of calendar.  My mom's bday is coming up soon, so this was the perfect time to take this challenge!  The flash makes it look sort of speckled, but it's super cute and rich looking with that paper.

Last, but not least.....

Day Seven....the sketch.  I flipped it around because my son was looking to the left and I thought it would look better that way.

There is an old adage around here that the corn should be 'knee high by the 4th of July.'  Well it certainly surpassed that this year!  I took this photo on the 4th.  He's such a good sport!
