Gotta Love Technology!

I have to say, I wasn't really aware of how connected to technology I am.  I mean I use my email and internet every day, but totally take it for granted.  Tuesday at dinner our power went out.  I thought it might just be a few minutes as it had been flickering a bit, but no...the wind blew down the neighbor's pole right at the ground.  Thankfully no one was hurt.  But we were in the dark for a few hours pretty early in the evening. 

Anyway, DH had his trusty Coleman lantern out in a jiffy and he was reading the newspaper and mail at the diningroom table.  What was I doing?  Just like Little House on the Prarie...ha!  Nope, I was sorting kits!  Labeling the outside of bags so I can grab the right one faster.  Unfortunately, my internet was out for longer.  Today was technically day 3, if I count tuesday night as a day.  But on a whim I tried my email just before bed and it was up! :)  So sometime today it came back through.

But because of that, I haven't been able to post the winners of my blog posts from last week, which I had wanted to do that evening.  So without further ado:
