It's the little things in life that make me smile. I was reading blogs and saw this:
on here: Coordinates Collections Blog Post
I was participating in Coordinates Collections online crop and my layout was featured on their blog. I was tickled!
Another layout I did for Scrap Attack Scrapbooking's Scrap PINK Crop was featured as Star For a Day yesterday and I was so honored they chose mine. Here's the link: Star For a Day. And a quick peek for those who aren't yet members of the message board:
SAS's Scrap Pink Crop is in honor of October's Breast Cancer awareness month. Lauri is selling tickets for a raffle basket of amazing scrapbook supplies and 100% (yep, every penny) is going to the Susan G. Komen Foundation to help find a cure for cancer. You can get your tickets here: Raffle Tickets for $1 each.
You can see the amazing $250 raffle basket contents on their blog post here: Blog Post There really is a TON of amazing product in there. If you end up the winner, be sure and let me know. I so very much want it to be someone I know! :)
I used Echo Park's Life is Good line for both layouts and they came in my Scrapbook Sussies Kit, which is already sold out. But check them out here because next month is soooooo very cute!!! It's not up for sale yet, but you won't want to miss November's Kit!

Those layouts are spectacular, Ruth! I especially love the first one, with the shaped paper trimmed in houses. Too cute!
And congrats on being singled out on both boards. Well deserved!
What adorable layouts! I can definitely see why they would be chosen to highlight. The house border is such a cool idea and your design in the second one is fabulous. Congrats! :)
congrats for SFAD! and so glad to see you using the Sussies kits!!
What a great couple of layouts Ruth and congratulations on being featured on both of those boards, you deserved it for the wonderful work you did.
Both layouts are wonderful!! Love the cut out houses around the edges on the first one, and the title on the second one is too funny!! Hugs!!!
